REVITALIZATION
Backed by an experienced team of real estate, financial and operations professionals, Revitalize Communities is driven to improve our most overlooked neighborhoods. Through collaboration with local community members including residents and political leaders, we’re able to conceptualize housing and business developments that don’t displace, but instead serve the native residents — the people who already make the community vibrant. Mixed-income and mixed-used developments are our specialty.
A plan to uplift, not drive out
Housing and retail are the foundation of any community. In conjunction with sustainable strategies that keep existing community members in neighborhoods, we hope to bolster the overall feel and experience within the communities where we develop. We’re proud that our properties are staffed by people who know and love these neighborhoods. Our affiliated organization, The Revitalize Foundation, provides real financial and resource support for local workforce development, healthcare and financial literacy initiatives.
